You are a lot like your Grandmother. You have the same fiery spirit that you talk about her having. You are very protective of the ones that you love and would do anything for them that you could. You have had much strength and courage to face your Dad's illness at such an early age and to continue to have that to take into consideration for practically every thing you have done for most of your life. You have been a tower of strength for me during my cancer, Dad's death and the days and years that followed, and my hip replacement. I could never tell you how much you have helped me to face each day. You are indeed your Grandmother's granddaughter. I love you very much!
Love,

Jennifer, I realize exactly what you mean when speak of those "little moments". And you are absolutely right, certain things will always pull memories and emotions out of the closet and force you to dust them off. No matter how hard you try to "move on" (if there is such a thing) you will never forget. And I suppose that's one of the best gifts that we have in life. We never truly forget loved ones. Take peace in knowing he will be waiting for you. You and your family will be in my prayers.
